The Capstone / Comp-XM Bible — Your End-Term Survival Guide

Doing your Capsim Comp-XM exam and dreading the 6-hour marathon against the bots? I built the guide I wish I'd had. What's inside (13 pages): ✅ A full UI walkthrough - every tab, every field, decoded ✅ The 4 buying criteria explained with a worked scoring example (so you know exactly where to spend your R&D budget) ✅ Round-by-round playbook for R&D, Marketing, Production, HR, TQM, and Finance ✅ Full breakdown of all 10 TQM initiatives and which combos actually move the needle ✅ How to read patterns and use it against them ✅ Board Query prep - common question types + the formulas you'll need on hand ✅ A 6-hour time budget so you never run out of clock ✅ Pre-submit checklist + glossary for quick lookup mid-exam Why it works: This isn't a generic "how to play Capsim" PDF copy-pasted from 2018. It's built around the actual Comp-XM exam format - solo, timed, bots, Board Queries with the mechanics explained clearly enough that you understand why a decision works, not just what number to type in. Format: Clean, easy-to-read Word doc - skim it before your exam or keep it open in a second tab during. Price: ₹99, less than a coffee & more useful than three YouTube tutorials stitched together. 📩 DM me to grab your copy before end-term week.
